The organizer will arrange pick-up at the Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) on the first day and drop-off on the last day.

The visa application process involves completing an online form at https://cova.mfa.gov.cn and an in-person visit to a Chinese Visa Office to finalize the application.

12. Booking flights
You are responsible for booking your own flights to and from the Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK). While you can choose your departure date from the US, ensure your arrival is on June 11th for the Welcome Ceremony and airport pick-up. You may also choose to stay in China for personal travel after the completion of the program; however, program-arranged airport drop-off is only available for departures on the last day of the program on June 20th.
